I am having problem starting the j2sdkee1.3.1 server.

Hi Amit, Which operating system you are using? If you are using Windows 95, 98 or ME then right click on the j2ee.bat file, choose properties and set the memory size to 2048. I hope you have alredy set the J2EE_HOME and JAVA_HOME environment variables.
