Hi, We have a large MFC application and are in a process of integrating some existing/new SWING appplications into it. The idea is to let the user use one interface/window [MFC based] and it should seamlessely invoke the SWING applications into a dialog/window/frame. We will need to do drag and drop across MFC and JAVA - also other event handling [to enable MVC/model upadtes]. This would help us move from MFC to java as well as utilize our existing developer resources. Q) Is it worth while to try and invoke SWING applications from within a MFC application [using JNI?]? Or is the whole approach too effort intensive and has potential pitfalls/roadblocks? Q) Any good suggestion   More>>

Hi,

We have a large MFC application and are in a process of integrating some existing/new SWING appplications into it.

Q) Any good suggestions for doing the above?

Q) Tools that would be helpful?

Thanks,

Annu
