I just downloaded intellijidea3.0 (beta) and found even though I included log4j.jar in the class path, it's showing all its instances in red colour. But if I compile with intellij it's fine.. i.e. no errors thrown.



Also where is the source tab... It's strange to work with out that...

This bug not found with the fianl release.

I had the same problem.
It was solved when I've use the "Librairy" part of the "project properties" to configure Log4j. Try it !
