I am using

IBM VisualAge for Java
version 3.5.3
Enterprise Edition

How do I specify a system property value when I bring up
the WebSphere Test Environment in VisualAge?

For example, I want to simulate

java -Dlog4j.configuration=log4j.xml Foobar

Thanks in advance.

I found this info in an IBM newsgroup:

Create a property file called "ivj.servlet.properties" in the
"...ideproject_resourcesIBM WebSphere Test Environment" directory and
put your properties in it. Servlet engine will pick up the properties
automatically. This only works on VAJ 3.5.3 and 4.0.
