Hi,
I am developing a web based application.

I want to access the directory structure of client

For this I added

grant codeBase "http://myHost:8080/myFolder/*"{
permission java.security.AllPermission;
}

in the JAVA_HOME/java/lib/security/java.policy file on NT m/c

And the applet worked fine on IE.

But on adding the same line using policytool and thus

creating a ".java.policy" file in $HOME of user

It did not work and gave exception

security.checkpropsaccess.key

Any help?
