Hi,

I download JDBC driver for MS SQL Server 2000.But as I try to get the connection to the database in my java program, an exception occurs: Unsupported VM encoding MS936. I don't know why,can anybody help me?

My JDK/JRE is 1.3.1_02-b02 , I got it after I install BEA weblogic.
My driver is Microsoft SQL Server 2000 Driver for JDBC, and it said JDK1.1.8,JDK1.2 and JDK1.3 is supported.

Thanks in advance!
Best regards
Alfred.

Sounds like you'll have to switch to the "international" version of the JRE.
