After i install the jwsdp onto my personal computer and setting the environment variable, i get an errors and don't know how to resolve it. Can u all please help me.

The errors i get is :

Access Denied.
Access control configuration prevents your request from being allowed at this time. Please contact your service provider if you feel this is incorrect.


HOw can i solved this problems???
