Deploy a webapplication as a JAR file in tomcat 7...

Hi all,
I 'm a newbie , and I'm working actually on a project on which they asked me to deploy the web application as JAR file because of some reasons relative to their deploy system.
So I'm asking if there's a way to do it ?
