Configuring cgi-bin virtual path in a stand alone Tomcat 4 installation

Jouni Hämäläinen In the default web.xml application descriptor, which is located in the conf under the Tomcat installation directory (CATALINA_HOME), you can find the cgi-servlet definition commented out.
